- Reservoir Road Bridge is on the National Historical Register. The
Connecticut State Historic Preservation Office found this stone arch
bridge, located at the Stone Hill Reservoir to be of historic and
engineering importance as a rare 18th century survivor.

- This is the Griswold High School. It was built in the early 1990s. It is
located on the education campus that encompasses the Griswold Middle
School and the Griswold Elementary School.

- This is one of the sunflower fields of Buttonwood Farms. Each year
bouquets of sunflowers are sold

- The senior center serves the elderly within the town of Griswold as well

- Here all elderly are welcome to
attend many of its functions and enjoy the hot meal served each day at

- This is McCluggage Manor for the Elderly. It is one of three subsidized
elderly housing locations in town.
- These include Ashland Manor and the Ledgewood Apartments. McCluggage
Manor is served by the Griswold Housing Authority.

Griswold served by the Griswold Housing Authority. It will soon receive
renovations to update many of the apartments.

- Here is a view of a state park road on a glorious winters day. This is a great place for cross
country skiing in winter and horseback riding in the warmer months.

- Veterans Memorial Park has a lovely river walk and is the site of many
community events in town.

- The Gazebo is the site of concerts and other community events enjoyed by
residents . The beauty of the park is accented by a waterfall that is a
stunning backdrop to the gazebo. The park is used year round. In the
winter, the hills in the park are filled with children and parents
sledding.

- This is one of the many waterfalls along the Pachaug River in Griswold
which overlooks the Veterans Memorial Park. In the evenings the falls is
lit, creating a beautiful backdrop for special events such as weddings.
